Venue services

It was probably to be expected that installing a marketing platform linked to the audio visual systems in venues would eventually lead to us providing a range of  AV, IT, design and marketing services.  We have a good overview of the supplier market for AV hardware as well as point of sale and other marketing materials.  We also have a large pool of contractors to supplement our in house technical and design teams.  These resources can be particularly useful to smaller groups and independent operators.

Technical
On the technical side we are able to provide AV and IT services that range from simple cabling, HD signal distribution, AV rack maintenance and provision of customer WiFi through to more sophisticated solutions including video streaming, monitoring or remotely controlling the TV channels being shown or switching from broadcast TV to in house promotional videos at set times.  We also supply and install AV equipment including screens and projectors and even dual channel wireless headsets to bars wishing to create additional small audio zones.

Marketing & Promotion
Our design team will create and arrange distribution of posters, banners, point of sale material and flyers.  We are involved with preparing weekly and monthly press advertising for several clients.  The team also manage websites for many of our venues as well as drafting and distributing customer email shots for various sites.  We have various strategies for helping our clients grow their customer contact databases and will take the load of making sure those databases are used to their maximum potential.
